french oak clear finish +solid treads

French oak contains more tannin’s than American oak , so the colors and finishes produced when this material is smoked or treated with reactive stains is timeless and will improve with age .
Many different finishes and textures are available with this oak, knots remain unfilled for a more authentic look. Widths from 7” to 10” .
The following prefinished colors are available – all have variation between the planks all are finished with two coats an oil .
Bourgogne – a medium brown
Bourdeaux – a brown grey
Loire – a light brow with a cerise
Chocolate -a deep brown
Chablis – smoked with a clear finish
